With extensive training and certification in health coaching, personal training, and nutrition, I offer a unique combination of services that go above and beyond your standard personal fitness training experience. If you’ve been told by a healthcare provider to change your diet or get more physical activity, and need guidance on next steps to take, a health coaching package is a great place to start. Packages are customized for YOU, and can adapt and change to meet YOUR unique needs. Whether you’re looking to prevent or manage chronic disease, or have other health goals in mind, we’ll work together in a supportive environment to take steps towards your new healthy lifestyle.

  • I’ll guide you in shaping your unique vision of a healthy YOU, empower you to set realistic goals for your health, and provide the education, tools, and strategies to ensure YOU successfully reach your goals. Ultimately you will learn to prioritize your unique emotional and physical needs, and adopt sustainable healthy habits that will transform your lifestyle.

  • Together we can develop a personalized exercise routine that is fun, fits your lifestyle, and takes into consideration your specific goals and any limitations you may have. I offer a variety of fitness services including: development of a structured workout routine, traditional one-on-one exercise sessions, assistance with evaluation and set-up of a home gym, and more.

  • I’ll help you assess your current eating style and patterns, and provide education on what healthy eating means and how healthy eating can improve YOUR overall quality of life. I’ll help you get set up with a healthy eating plan, reorganize and restock your kitchen with healthy foods, as well as modify favorite recipes to set you up for success.
