About Time For You Fitness

Time For You Fitness offers holistic health coaching and wellness services, designed to meet people where they are. I walk with clients step by step towards a healthier, happier version of their current selves, providing them with the accountability to take the time needed to prioritize ones health, and the knowledge to ensure clients are taking the necessary steps to meet their personal health and wellness goals. My approach prioritizes consistent, small actions, that lead to big changes, without the use of “fad diets/workouts” or any one-size-fits-all trends.

My unique combination of health coaching, fitness training, and nutrition certifications as well as my experience offers a flexible and multifaceted approach to supporting clients in a wide variety of wellness related goals. I create custom packages that evolve along with the journey and changing needs of my clients.

I am located in Sammamish, Washington, just outside of Seattle, and can meet with clients in-person throughout the greater Seattle area, or virtually anywhere in the world.

About Me

As a wife and mother of three young adult children, I understand the challenges that come with managing a family, a job and taking care of oneself. As a young mother, I experienced a debilitating benign brain tumor requiring surgery and a long rehabilitation. This experience completely turned my world upside down, and caused me to reassess how I approached exercise, health, and life! I learned the importance of asking for help, learned how to ease up on the unrealistic expectations I had of myself as a wife, mother and athlete, and gave myself permission to take time to focus on my own wellbeing. In the process, I became passionate about helping others to realize their own self-worth, and helping them achieve the quality of life that setting and reaching their personal health and wellness goals can bring.

I started my career in wellness with the YMCA, where I trained clients one-on-one, led group fitness classes for all fitness levels, and facilitated Chronic Disease Programs for Weight Loss, Diabetes Prevention, Parkinson’s Disease and Cancer Survivors. After eight years of work in the industry, I decided to take what I’d learned to provide a more holistic and customized coaching experience to my clients and formed Time For You Fitness.

When I’m not coaching clients, I’m prioritizing my own health and happiness by spending time outdoors, spending time with family, and growing my personal faith. I look forward to spending some time getting to know YOU, and supporting YOU on your health and wellness journey.
